Reflect to resolve process
All my processes are online and are done weekly via Google Meet. I'm going to tell you the step by step of what it would be like to do a coaching process with me.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
To book your first appointment, you can do it through my website, through this link https://calendly.com/livinglavidasimple/60min , or through my instagram account @livinglavidasimple. On the booking page, you'll need to specify which country you're in and select which payment method you prefer. Then, you will receive an email with the link for the videoconference and with the payment link through different platforms depending on which country you are in.
FIRST SESSION
For our first session, you will use the link you received in the confirmation email. For people who do not know about coaching, the first session may “make them feel nervous" but after the first minutes of our conversation they become comfortable. During this first session we will get to know each other, and I will ask you several questions to help you reflect and clarify what your challenge is, your goal, in other words what you are looking to change or improve. How much progress we make in that first session depends on each case, but in general, after this first encounter you will leave with total clarity of what you want to achieve and what is in your hands to do it.
SECOND SESSION
For this next virtual meeting, you will receive another email with the link to join the video conference via Google Meet. Every coaching process is different, and what we do in this session will depend on how far we progressed during the first one. In this second session people arrive with the clarity of their goal and looking forward to explore how to achieve it. So during this session I will continue to ask you "powerful" questions that will allow you to reflect and explore different ways to get where you want to. After this session you will leave with an action plan to get what you are looking for, and with an idea of how to start executing it.
THIRD SESSION
The following week after your second session, we will meet one again through Google Meet. During this session I will help you analyze if the action plan has worked for you, what has worked, what obstacles you have encountered and what to change or modify from that action plan to bring you closer to your goal.
FOURTH SESSION
Generally, this session will be our closing session, where we make sure that you have reached your goal and that new habits and ways of thinking are becoming something "automatic" and becoming part of your daily activity.
Please keep in mind that the amount of sessions varies depending on each case; some people accomplish their objective in 2 or 3 sessions, and some others may need up to 6 or 10.
If after completing a process you need additional sessions, I can offer you 30 minute- meetings every two weeks.

This depends on the complexity of your goal, but generally between 3 and 4 sessions. In coaching, we seek changes, and changes involve replacing and introducing new habits, and this takes time.
