How ‘The wholesome Chef” consultancy works:
CONSULTANCY
During our video conference, you will share with me why do you need this consultancy, your current nutritional habits, and your lifestyle. Cooking, like any other habit, should make sense with the other activities you do in your daily life. So, we will explore new ways to improve or introduce healthy cooking into your life. If you prefer to have a more hands on experience, we can cook; you will show me what you usually buy and I will teach you how to "put together" healthy, tasty and easy meals that go according to what you are looking for, such as improving your health, losing weight, or following your health professional’s advice on eating for your health issues. After taking a healthy cooking consultancy with me, you will have learned my “Wholesome Chef method” to create healthy, nutritious and balanced recipes in no time. Your health and your family will thank you!
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
You can pay and book the hours you need, (up to 2 hours in a row or 1-hour consultation) and use them whenever you need them. To reserve an hour you can do it through my website, through this link or through my Instagram account @livinglavidasimple. On the booking page, you'll need to specify which country you're in and select which payment method you prefer. Then, you will receive an email with the link for the videoconference and with the payment link that you can use to make payment through different platforms. At the time of making your reservation you will specify if you want to cook or if you have questions about healthy cooking that you would like to ask me.

The sessions are conducted virtually, through Google Meet. You can be in your kitchen where you can learn to cook with ingredients you usually have on hand, all in the comfort of your own home.

Generally no, as our goal is to teach you how to create meals and dinners with ingredients you already have at home. We will teach you a method to ensure that you can put delicious, nutritious, healthy, and quick-to-prepare dishes on your table.

The first consultation lasts 1 hour and costs $130 (USD). If you have any doubts or need help after the first consultation, you have the option of having 30 minutes for $65 (USD) to clarify any questions.
